EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange in at least 30 days after it arrived in your location. The item must be in perfect re-saleable condition same as you receipt it with tags attached. We cannot accept, wrong ironed - worn or washed patches. Please return the item with obtain proof of postage, we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. We will not refund your return postage unless you received the wrong item or the item was damaged or faulty.

Please inform us by e-mail (support (AT) embroidered-iron-on-patches.com) before return the item, include your order number, explaining what you are returning and why, and if you require an exchange or a refund, so we are alerted to the arrival of your package. Please note, our PO BOX cannot receive large items so we will give you alternative address for you by email. We will refund your card/cheque/postal order, upon receipt of your item and notify you by email once this transaction has been completed. We will process to send your exchange items as quickly as possible.
